Venue and travel

The 6th Qserve MedTech Conference takes place at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Taurusavenue 12, 2132 LS Hoofddorp, from 10 to 12 November 2026.

Despite the name, the hotel is not inside the airport. It sits in the Park 20|20 business district in Hoofddorp, a few minutes' walk from Hoofddorp station and one train stop from Schiphol.

Arriving by air

Take the train from Schiphol Plaza to Hoofddorp station. It's a single stop, roughly four minutes, and trains run frequently throughout the day. From Hoofddorp station the hotel is a short walk. Bus services also connect the airport and Hoofddorp if you prefer.

Coming from Amsterdam

Direct trains run between Amsterdam Centraal and Hoofddorp in around twenty minutes, so staying in the city and travelling in each morning is straightforward.

Arriving by car

The hotel has direct access from the A4 and A5 motorways. An adjacent parking garage has around 400 spaces and electric vehicle charging points.
