6th Qserve MedTech Conference - General and Startups
11–12 November 2026, Amsterdam. Five sessions on building a QMS that adds value, getting more from regulator interactions and scaling a start-up through clinical and regulatory challenges.
The General and Start-Ups track runs across both conference days, 11 and 12 November 2026, at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in Hoofddorp.
Five 90-minute sessions cover the ground that trips up growing MedTech companies. You'll learn about:
- Building a quality system that helps rather than hinders
- Getting real value out of conversations with regulators and notified bodies
- The specific regulatory and clinical problems start-ups hit on the way to a first approval.
Day 1 covers QMS and regulator engagement. Day 2 moves to the start-up survival guide, clinical challenges, and lessons from real submissions.
Qserve consultants lead the sessions alongside speakers from notified bodies and industry, so you get both the assessor's view and the manufacturer's.
Who this track is for
This track is built for people carrying regulatory responsibility without a large department behind them.
- Founders and CTOs at MedTech and IVD start-ups heading toward a first CE mark or FDA submission
- Regulatory and quality leads who are the whole function, or close to it
- QA managers inheriting a quality system that has grown into a burden
- Clinical leads deciding how much evidence is enough, and how to generate it on a start-up budget
- Investors and business development teams who need to judge regulatory risk in a device portfolio
If you already have an established regulatory department and are looking for depth in a specific area, the Digital Health, Clinical, IVD or Global Registrations tracks may suit you better. You can move between tracks freely during the conference.
