The European CRO Foundation will host their annual conference in Prague. EUCROF27 will bring together clinical research professionals from across Europe and beyond for three days of high-impact networking, with thought-provoking sessions, and future-focused dialogue designed to accelerate innovation and excellence in our field.
Through expert panels, case studies and thought-provoking sessions, expect to learn about:
- Pan-European networking, sponsor–CRO partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration
- Smarter processes, tech adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Innovation in trials, AI, decentralization, and patient-first models
Daphne Smits, Qserve's Senior Project Manager at Qserve CRO, has over 15 years of experience with Clinical Trials and IVD and Medical Device studies, whilst focusing on submissions of CDx studies within the EU. She will be hosting a session at EUCROF27.
Session details:
Topic: Tips and tricks for submission processes in Medical Device studies; What have we learned from CTIS?
This session provides a practical overview of planning, executing, and reporting Clinical Investigations under the EU Medical Devices Regulation, with a focus on navigating the regulatory landscape in the continued absence of EUDAMED. Drawing on real-world experience - and supported by a hands-on case study - discover the distinct challenges of both pre-market investigational studies and post-market observational studies, including country-specific nuances that sponsors and study teams encounter in practice.

Before this event takes place, Daphne will also be hosting a session about submission lessons learned for Companion Diagnostics (CDx) at the 6th Qserve MedTech Conference in November 2026. Hope to see you there!
