A Strong Start in Clinical Trial Support 

Malou joined Qserve CRO with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility. From day one, she proved to be an accurate and reliable CTA, supporting the administrative and regulatory aspects of our clinical studies with professionalism and care. Her ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and ensure compliance with all clinical trial protocols has made her an essential part of the team. 

Gaining On-Site Experience as a CRA Trainee 

Driven by her ambition to grow in the clinical research field, Malou has also stepped into the role of CRA trainee. Her preparedness and confident approach during on-site visits have not gone unnoticed. She interacts effectively with site staff, including study coordinators and principal investigators, always maintaining a professional and respectful approach while also keeping a close eye on compliance and study budgets. 

Knowledgeable, Certified, and Always Learning 

Based in the Netherlands, Malou contributes to studies across Europe and is known as a true team player. She is trained in ISO 14155 and MDR 2017/745, bringing a solid foundation of regulatory knowledge to her work. She also actively supports the implementation of clinical systems like VEEVA, showcasing her adaptability and willingness to embrace new tools and processes. 

After completing her CRA training with excellent feedback, Malou is now preparing to transition into a full CRA role, a natural next step in her development at Qserve CRO.
