At Qserve, we take pride in our team of experts who support global registrations for medical devices in various countries. Today, we are pleased to introduce you to Ricardo Azuero, Business Development Manager and sales representative of our Global Registrations Department.
Ricardo joined Qserve in September 2023 as a Business Development Specialist. He supports the sales side for several Business Units, including Global Registrations, but also acts as a sales representative for the DACH, EU and other worldwide regions.
Ricardo has an educational background in Engineering, where he obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree from Montana State University in the US. Hereafter, he received his MBA from Leipzig University. Ricardo has previously worked in the Medical Device sector in Colombia and in the US, and has experience in sales and consultancy in this industry.
In his role as Business Development Manager, Ricardo develops and implements strategies that align not only with Qserve's, but also with customers’ objectives and expectations. As the sales representative for our Global Registrations Department, he works closely with customers, ensuring projects get off the ground successfully while making sure clients receive exactly what they need. Ricardo puts effort into understanding priorities and strategic goals, providing guidance toward the most effective path to market. When customers have multiple goals, Ricardo provides guidance on market prioritization, helping them focus on regions that offer the greatest value and fastest market access.
Beyond strategy, Ricardo serves as a trusted advisor, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable plans, while ensuring global registration efforts align with broader business objectives. He is passionate about helping customers navigate global compliance challenges and achieve long-term success.
